We are happy to offer one-to one and small group Pilates in Amersham, Little Chalfont, Chalfont St Giles, Chalfont St Peter, Gerrards Cross and Beaconsfield.

One-to-One, Couples & Small Group Pilates   

Enjoy a personalised Inside Out session focused entirely on your specific Pilates needs. I complete a full postural analysis and take the time to listen to my clients to establish what they need to gain from their personal sessions. This can include injuries or specific target areas which will need a bespoke approach. These sessions can be in your home or at our studio to ensure that you are in an environment where you are comfortable and can focus. Working together, we will create an aligned, stronger, more flexible and happier you.

Personal Inside Out sessions can also be in couples or small groups if you like to work out with your partner or a group of friends in a location that works for you.

I am dedicated to helping you achieve your full potential in a fun and friendly group environment. We offer a variety of Pilates classes in Chalfont St Giles, Gerrards Cross, Chesham, Amersham and surrounding areas.  I adopt a ‘hands-on’ approach, encouraging good postural alignment and technical accuracy. It’s vital that your spine is supported throughout your Pilates class, to ensure this, we focus on teaching how to engage the core and pelvic floor muscles correctly. 


When you attend an Inside Out Pilates group class, you will benefit from my constant monitoring of your movements and techniques as I offer prompts to encourage good concentration and movement quality, making sure that you get the very best personal tailored experience.
